Kindred Laws

Written here are the Rules, Laws and Etiquette that every Kindred that enter this city are expected to abide by.  If it is found that a Kindred is Not abiding by these laws, then appropriate action will be taken, by order of the Prince of New Orleans, Dominic St. LeCroy.  So it is written, so it will be done.
